Let’s join on Friday, May 3rd in the beautiful church of the Presentation Center for our monthly evening of music, sounds, meditation, and relaxation.

The sounds and music being performed in this Soundbath will be healing as well as energizing, guided by the rebirth, growth, and renewal energies of the Spring Season. The intention will be to help us not just welcome but also create fresh beginnings in our own lives, a time for healing and releasing old patterns or energies that no longer serve us.

The sound bath experience can allow you to enter a state of deep relaxation as you go on a journey of healing sound waves and vibrations. Himalayan bowls and gongs, bells, Monochord, Shamanic drums, chanting, and other instruments will be used.
The Sound Bath is open to everyone, of any age. There are a few medical restrictions including epilepsy, schizophrenia, pregnancy, and having a pacemaker. Let us know in advance of any injury or medical condition you may have.
For maximum relaxation and comfort, it is highly recommended to bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillows (or cushions).
This 1 ½ hour Sound Bath will take place on Friday, May 3rd from 7:30 to 9:00pm at The Presentation Centre of Enniscorthy.
Tickets are €25.
Note: "Early Bird" tickets (no processing fees) are available until April 28.
